Watch or read any national pundit worth their salt and they'll say we have the talent to be a great program. The missing ingredient? Putting it on the field. That takes player development. If the players buy in...good coaching can make below average players, average, average players, good & good players, great. We have mostly good players throughout our roster. I'm ready to see great.
