started pickling again, after taking several years off due to relocation and lost my garden. Anyway for you gardening/pickling Ags out there I get a question... Made my first batch tonight after not pickling in about 5 years, most of the jars sealed properly in the boiling water bath but I had some of the lids "buckle" in the process of boiling to seal.
My question is, what did I do wrong on these to have this happen and are they ok to eat?
My first thought was I turned to bands too tight but I only did them fingertip tight.
