My apologies upfront. I'm not a frequent poster, but I can't stop laughing or smiling about what I witnessed today. Our middle child is our least athletic kid. He's 10. Our oldest has played everything and has always been good. He just turned 14.
After only one year of golf he's won some tournaments and is consistently top 3. My youngest is our daughter. It's early, but she's got something.
Lately (to our surprise), the middle one has shown some athletic prowess and interest in sports.
Today the middle child made a hole-in-one! I have to say it was a top 5 parent moment for me. My oldest (typical teen) seemed uninterested, but obviously was impressed. For the fellow parents, I think you can relate.
Thanks for allowing me to share this moment with you.
