OT: Any NE Conroe Ags on here?

Sorry to do this on gameday boys, but just sold our house and kinda on a time crunch to find something for my family.

There are a couple of properties we like in NE Conroe off of Mike Meador Pkwy. Can anyone speak to that area of Conroe regarding schools, place to raise a new family, future development, etc?
