As bad as the defense was last night - and it was really bad - the offensive play-calling was just as bad.
- What happened to the zone read? If the answer is that it left when Moss went out, then why aren’t we practicing it more with multiple backs? We did a horrible job attempting to keep the SC defense off-balance last night. Keep the opposing defense honest.
- Had one nice play to the tight end. One. Why are we not using the TE more?
- Why are we not calling more designed rollouts for Reed? He’s clearly more comfortable on the move. Anytime he’s rolling out it’s because of pressure. Call some fvxking designed rollouts to get him on the move, especially given the state of our OL.
- Why can’t we get Bussey more involved? His speed is a great change-of-pace, figure out something other than the jet sweep
