We are all class of 96-99, except one old dude that was class of 92, then stuck around for what seemed like three graduate degrees.
We typically get together for a boys weekend twice a year. In the winter, we typically do a hunt up in the panhandle, and in the summer, we go to Cedar Creek Lake to fish and be stupid. There are 6 of us…one runs a large pediatric practice in Dallas, one owns an upstream company, one just sold a software company for some serious $$$, one owns an IT consulting firm, and one runs a real estate firm here in Dallas. Aggies are a successful group of people, in general.
I share this not to brag (OK….maybe just a little), but I hope that all of you have Aggie friends like I do….. guys that you have known since they were stupid 18 year olds and you’ve seen them through all the phases of life… marriage, birth of children, death of parents, graduation of children, divorce, etc…. I also hope that you are able to make time to invest in these relationships. I have found them to be as important as anything outside my actual family.
