New Kitchen Range S&R

Love to cook. We're remodeling our kitchen and installing new appliances. While I would love to put in a Viking, Wolf or Thermador range they are out of the price range for now. Going to be a 30".

Anybody have experience w/ a specific brand or model they've been happy with (other than the 3 above)?
