I guess it’s time to turn to the board for advice. Which I know how that goes. I’m class of 2000 and have been in the PVF midstream distribution business for most of my career. Like most companies in oil and gas we see a gap in talent. I don’t run in circles that put me in around talented employees that are say late 20’s or early 30’s (generally not fresh grads who drink their paycheck away but matured a little). I don’t always like headhunters, etc. any suggestions on where to look?
