Men had prelims and 10k finals yesterday. Mixed bag.

Got some javelin points. Advanced athletes in the 110 and 400h. Nothing in the 200 and Martin false started the 100. Our 800 guy ran a bad race and didn't advance. 4x1 missed qualifying but 4x4 made it despite being not projected to do so.

Thankfully they're bringing in the top youth sprinter in the world next year. Hopefully he does the one and done instead of going pro.

Women are up tonight with the same format. Finals are Fri and Sat.
