I did a couple of new years resolutions this year for the first in 39 years. One was cutting the blue pills from my night. I've taken them for my entire adult life, my brain goes through my day and into the next at night...it's obnoxious and tends to keep me up.
So I ran into this randomly:
And it has honestly altered my life. It's awesome, if you haven't tried it, do so if you have similar sleep issues.
To my title. I don't drink tea. Ever. Drank 3 weeks of this, but tried milk and honey one night because it is a thing people do. Wow that's sure adds to things. Those limey fvcks have it figured out.
