Does anyone know of a good place to start? As of now, I can confirm that it will be myself plus at least one roommate. We love uptown, which is where my roommate and I live now, but he just got a job in Carrollton and I commute to Richardson, and we want to be closer to work. We pay $1600/month now for the two bedroom apartment in uptown, but that should get us a lot more in the form of a house up North. Any help would be much appreciated? Our lease is not up until next Summer so we have plenty of time to look around.
