I love wine. Red and white. I've noticed my taste for what I like in reds has continued to go up in price, either that or maybe the $10 bottle just is not very good anymore.
I like a Stags Leap Cab, a Prisoner or almost any blend Orin Swift puts out. Seems though most good California cabs now cost $30-40 a bottle and that just way out of my budget for a good wine to have around the house.
Anyone have some good recommendations in the sub $20 range for reds? I've considered throwing a big party and tell everyone they can't bring a bottle more expensive than that and doing a blind tasting. I've had pretty mixed results with my Vivino app or recommendations from Wine Enthusiast.
