I could use a bit of advice..... should my business be an LLC? Up till now I was just piddling with my native plant/seed/consultation business but my scale is about to change. Any suggestion for a lawyer that handles this stuff in Dallas? I have gotten nothing but great advice on this site...... screw Angie, we should start 'Aggie's List'.
