Was just thinking out-loud of how we could use Kyler this season... even if Allen is healthy and kicking ass
Maybe bring him in for a few series per game to change it all up and give defenses something new to deal with as he uses his legs and arm to put the defenses on their heels?
I can see him coming in late in games when defenses are tired and spent... then running all over them while mixing in passing too. 2nd and 3rd level defenders would have to contain and creep up to help out the DL and then bam! a pass down the field to a wide-open RSJ in the middle.
By bringing him in the second half, defensive coaches would not have halftime to adjust... and they'd have to adjust on the fly.
It would give SEC defensive coaches something to chew-on while scheming to play us.
I like the added dimension of utilizing his speed and elusiveness (and gun) as one more explosive weapon in our ALREADY loaded arsenal. Gonna be an exciting season.
