Listened to national sports radio on the way home yesterday and there was a little bit of baseball coverage...all they could talk about was how they wished it was Philly/Houston...
Listened to Get Up on ESPN this morning and national sports radio on the way to work. In over an hour of coverage the hosts did not talk about the World Series at all. On the radio there was exactly one commercial for Game 1 tomorrow night. They spent the entire time talking about the NBA, Wembenyama, the 49ers and the NFL. They even talked about the Thursday Night Football game between the Bucs and Bills...but they didn't even bother to mention that the World Series was about to start.
I'm sorry the Rangers did not draw the Phillies or Braves so there would be more attention on the series.
The Rangers are going to win it all and nobody is going to notice.
