How do you have authorization on buyouts and salaries without some sort of approval?
I have no clue on insiders, BMAs, presidents, Board of directors, athletic directors, etc. But common sense says nobody alone has a blank check to do these things.
Finally, there is a bit of lying going on somewhere in all of this. And to be honest if there isn't lying its far worse because that means there are just no controls at all in regards to a very valuable football program that means a whole hell of a lot to lots of people.
