Houston is apparently agonizing over on an ordinance aimed at how to separate bathrooms for the new sex identities. It appears transvestites and sex change entities will be allowed in the bathroom of their choice.
Those against the measure charge that "troubled" men will be allowed in women's bathrooms along with little girls.
It's really a simple game. Create a third bathroom at every rest stop. There should be three labels:

WOMEN
