Minister Hyon Yong Chol was arrested, charged and convicted of sleeping on the job as well as giving back talk to NK Leader Kim Jong-Un.

They executed him with "anti aircraft fire"???!!!

I reckon that must translate to a ZU23mm gun or quad guns firing on him as he stands against a wall. The 23mm shells would have ripped his body to shreds.

Lovely folk these North Koreans - but certain ex presidents and ex NBA stars really love 'em.
