Well, it is considered the unofficial start of the college football season and Mark, Courtney and I are on hand for the duration of the event that will wrap up Thursday.
The day will officially get started today at 11:30 when SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey takes the podium for the first time at Media Days.
The three teams we will get today in addition to the Commissioner are Auburn, Florida and Vanderbilt.
We will of course have a running thread (potentially one for each day, depending on how long each thread gets) and will have team previews from each team as they come through.
Of course, our interest is turned a little more towards Tuesday when head coach Kevin Sumlin and the Aggies have their time. Just like last year, Sumlin will follow South Carolina head coach Steve Spurrier who is slated to go at 9AM.
Truth be told, this is a very fair marker for the ramp up to the season as the Aggies will take the field for camp in just three weeks and then it will be a sprint to the opening game with Arizona State at NRG.
