Serrano peppers, sliced lengthwise
Lone Star beer
Put some Lone Star in a pan and put it on the corner of the grill to get warm. Take a couple or four slices of serrano and lay em beside a brat. Wrap the whole mess with a slice or two of bacon. Grill until the bacon is crispy and transfer to the Lone Star hot tub until ready for service. Serve on a good sturdy bun with your favorite fixins. I like lots of cheese and good brown mustard.
