Since 1983, there have only been 8 times that UF hasn't had a player taken in
the 1st round of the NFL draft. UF has had a 1st rounder in 7 of the last 8 years.

UF's last 2 losing seasons: 1979 and 2013 vs SEC Schedules + BCS-NC FSU.
In that 34 year span, 2 Heisman Trophy's, 1 mNC, 2 BCS-NC's, 7 SEC-C's.

aTm's last 2 losing seasons: 2008 and 2009 vs mostly Conf. Chumps and OoC
patsies. aTm's last mNC was way back in the 1930's, prior to WWII.
(now, go back to polishing that point on top of your cone-head cat-rammer)

For a little perspective on recruit rankings for SEC teams; Vandy has landed

an average class of 45.6 nationally ? which ranks dead last in the SEC.

* The least talented team in the SEC, is still in the Upper Half of D-1 football.

The SEC just bagged 7 of the top 9 classes in the nation and 10 of the Top 22.

Bama signed 13 Top-100 players this cycle while the Big 12 as a conference

signed just 7 combined.
According to 247 recruiting rankings, the Gators have the No. 2 rated roster in

the SEC, behind only UA.

13 Gators across the 2013 season, were injured out for the season. UF lost 72 starts
to injuries, for the worst case of team injuries in NCAA History. Guano Occurs.

PS

GaSo could do something on the road, that aTm with their 12 sissies couldn't get
done at home.

Florida Gator Junior triple jumper, Ciarra Brewer, was named this years

SEC Co-Women's Field Athlete of the Year.

She's the SEC-C in the Triple Jump for the 3rd consecutive year,

and she has the best leap in the nation, (13.91m / 45'-7.75").

~ Brewer became just the 2nd SEC athlete to ever win 3 straight triple jump titles,
the other being former Gator great Shara Proctor.

And oh BTW,,,,

The Gators swept both triple jump titles at SEC outdoors, as Marquis Dendy

claimed the men's championship, giving the Gators six of the last seven triple

jump titles on the women's side and five straight for the men.

Florida garnered 5 All-SEC first-teamers, all of whom were SEC Champions at

the outdoor championships in Lexington ? Brewer, Dendy, Cory McGee (1500m),

Fawn Miller (javelin) and Stipe Zunic (shot put). Additionally, the Gators had

16 athletes named to the second team, 8 men and 8 women, while first years

Nick Uruburu and Becky Greene gave Florida an SEC All-Freshman Team nod

on each side.
