BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Five Texas A&M football players were named to the preseason All-Southeastern Conference football team on Friday, which was voted on by the media members attending the 2016 SEC Media Days earlier this week.



Making the elite squad from the Aggie roster were senior Avery Gennesy (third-team offensive line), juniors Myles Garrett (first-team defensive line), Ricky Seals-Jones (third-team wide receiver) and Armani Watts (third-team defensive defensive back), and sophomore Christian Kirk (first-team wide receiver, return specialist and all-purpose).
