This is a true bay house in which you can only get there by boat. I just put a fresh coat of paint on it. This is a Texas General Land Office permit which are pretty rare to acquire (but a pain in the butt sometimes).
2 Bedroom, Sleeps up to 13.
New generator, rainwater collection for showers and dishes.
Oven, water heater, shower, RV toilet.
Big flood light on pier for night fishing (usually outstanding).
