heard multiple reports - what is true and what is bs?

from Kentucky AG from New York Post
1. judge granted warrent for walker (the bf)
2. police did not perform "no knock" warrent and knocked and identified themselves to the BF Walker according to neighbor
2. walker is a felon
3. walker had a firearm which is illegal
4. walker opened fire on the officers
5. officers returned fire killing Taylor

from Walker and attorney MSM
1. judge issued no knock warrent
2. cops busted door down
3. Walker thought of burglary so opened fire
4. no mention of Walker being a felon - is he one? makes a huge difference on gun possession
5. Cops fired back killing Taylor

Is Kentucky AG lying? If so, bad move on his part or fake news from NYP. hard to get legit info

How about a third option where the police knock but for some reason no one responds. Why? We don’t know. Maybe they were asleep or maybe even just didn’t hear. Police knock down door. Walker opens fire. Police return fire. Taylor hit and killed.

Now from a knock or no knock perspective both parties might have different view of facts yet be correct. I guess the only part that seems odd is Walker opening fire yet Taylor getting hit six times. Seems to me either there was terrible marksmanship by police or something else going on that resulted in Taylor being in the line of fire.

I guess I would only observe that someone was up to something illegal otherwise a warrant would not have been issued (no knock or otherwise)

They weren’t in bed when she was shot so they were already awake unless they were sleeping in the hallway.

Dunno but the weird part was that once the shooting started, he opened fire but she received the return fire. That just seems like something else going on inside.

the Moral of this story (as well as a lot of others) is don’t resist because bad things happen at that point!
