i keep reading posts about why we won't win the natty or play calling that isn't perfect and I must admit that I used to be that way. But here is my two cents........
Enjoy this team. They play hard. They play together. And they represent our school as well as we can ask for. So here is my list of what I plan to enjoy watching this team.....
1. Every single snap that Myles Garrett plays. He may end up the most productive and talented player our school has ever had. A once in a life time player. Add in the fact that hall plays across him and I am going to enjoy it and not take for granted that I am watching Aggie history
2. Our special teams. Whether it is the 180 for Bertolet or having the best punter in the nation. Kirk on returns. Or all the big hits. I love watching the magic that Jeff Banks works
3. Kyle Allen. Our soon to be fourth consecutive NFL QB. Let that sink in. But I am thoroughly enjoying watching Kyle progress. He is running the offense now. I mean running it. After what, 9 games? Where will he be in three more. I can't wait to see
4. This group of receivers. I'm not going to lament that Speedy hasn't reached his potential yet. Instead I'm going to focus on Josh Reynolds becoming Mike Evans. Or the amazing plays Kirk does every week. What's next?
5. John Chavis. It is so nice to go into a game just knowing we are correcting any issues and putting together a solid plan. That we have a chance to stop the other team. Physical, fast defense. I'm enjoying. I don't care if we give up 400 yards. Or are lb'ers struggle. I love the press man. I love the forced fumbles. I love a dc smart enough to play Garrett and Hall at the same time. Loving the defense!!
6. Sumlin. Professional. Cool. Addresses issues. Creative recruiter. Love having him here.
7. SEC. Can't wait until we have Georgia in Kyle. Or Tennessee. Or Florida again. Great teams. Great traditions. Where we belong. So glad out of the big 12. I love being in the SEC
