Airing weekly from 11-midnight, Houston high school football fans will see the only one hour sports program dedicated to the grid iron.
The show will feature comprehensive highlights, scoreboard, interviews, features and social media aspects of the week’s biggest games from districts as far north as New Caney to Cy Fair, Katy and down south to Pearland.
Hosting the show is Howard Chen. Howard is a Houston native who spent the last three years covering high school sports for CSN Houston.
Ted Johnson will co-host. Johnson is a former NFL linebacker, who spent his entire 10-year career with the New England Patriots, winning three Super Bowls along the way. He is also a co-host on SportsRadio 610's afternoon show with Rich Lord and Sean Pendergast.
Courtney Madden, a graduate of SMU, will provide updates and a new social media aspect of the game.
Joining the team is also Courtney Roland, with recruiting features and updates for the Houston area.
The coverage will primarily be in the Houston area and will leverage relationships built through Texanlive.com to stream stadium feeds from high schools in the area.
The Houston High School Wrap Up Show, Presented by TexanDrive.com will originate from DNA Studios in Humble, Texas. Facilities are provided by Digital Network Associates, a longtime provider of mobile facilities for sports networks.
John Kelly, who has over 20 years covering high school sports for Texas will produce each show.
