Not football related. Can someone explain to me the purpose of driving around with your hand and arm hanging out of the window? Why is this a thing? I can understand if the driver is smoking and has a cig dangling out of the car, but to just drive around with your arm hanging out I don't get. Unless, of course, it's to flip someone off like the guy that cut in front of me without signaling when I honked at him. Why is this a thing?
