The Cowboys have the 27th pick and the Texans come in at 16. Both teams have needs with the Cowboys likely focusing on CB, TE and the D-line. The Texans need to shore up the OL, another LB and probably another WR (ignoring the dire QB situation).
McShay has the Cowboys drafting Byron Jones with their first pick but I also like Marcus Peters out of Washington.
He has the Texans picking OL with the first pick, in particular, Andrus Peat out of Stanford. That doesn't do much for me even though its probably the biggest position of need. I like Breshard Perriman, WR out of Central Florida.
