We spent Thursday looking at houses, and came away without a winner.
This morning, we saw a house on a lake in Sweetwater that needs some work and we would want to build a pool and a small pool house as there are not enough rooms for the whole family to visit at one time.
Anybody do that kind of work and might have some insight? I would be looking for a contractor. But we wouldn't choose this one without being able to add a guest house.
