I'm interested in seeing the compliance rates. Harris County is attempting to do the same, I just don't see the majority in our area complying with it.

Clay Jenkins is an attorney who, according to some, has done some shady things. Don't know if that is true but he does perceive himself bigger than he is and takes every opportunity to try to prove it.

I agree the compliance rate will be less than the majority. This will make schools a complete shit show as many parents will not comply

I won't be complying with this. Hell, the face of the order actually concedes that the Governor's authority supersedes his under the Government Code. The only reason he can even do this is that he got a Dallas judge to issue a TRO against the Governor's executive order.
I'd expect a TRO against Clay's order, as well. I also think the Texas Supreme Court will swiftly put this thing to bed in a matter of days.

Staying in downtown Dallas this week. I'd say 30% are wearing masks. No mask enforcement at all.
Rockwall is anti-mask capital of Texas as far as I can tell. Born and raised there and all my buddies got COVID at God fearing church like our Lord wanted.
I was in Home Depot the other day and the guy I needed to make a key had a mask on and everytime he coughed he took off his mask.

Just drove by the Covid testing station at NW hwy and Abrams in NE Dallas. There must be 75-100 cars in line.
my wife saw it yesterday and was the same, makes me wonder if people are panicking or if legit have covid.
Show me one peer reviewed study that masks especially all the bs T-shirt masks stop any virus. CDC please stand up and show us your so called science
Unfortunately, the masks most people wears in this country are not for that purpose, preventing viruses’ airborne transmission. Unless you are wearing N-95 masks, 99% of other masks don’t work.
So vaxed and other immune people have to wear a worthless mask around so some public official can get his rocks off. Kids too, why not? F*ck science and common sense. We’re bureaucrats with power and you’re not.
