Chili Crisp Fried Eggs

My brother discovered chili crisp fried eggs a while back, and I just got around to trying them. (I’m not much of a cook.)

They are freaking wonderful. I’ve only tried Mr Bing hot, which isn’t actually particularly spicy but has a ton of flavor. I also ordered some Fly By Jing xtra hot that I’ll try soon. The toasted sesame oil is really good too. Next time I’ll add the scallion.
