I went to the website, entered my phone number, it was eligible, I filed three claims (the limit) and now I think they're going to send me a check for $900. Didn't work for my wife's phone number, didn't work for one coworker's number, but did work for another coworker's number. Worth a shot imo. Takes less than 10 minutes to file three claims online.
