Holy hell- anyone have some expertise here? We booked a van for a family of 4 from Naples to drop off in Barcelona- $1200. That's great, but then there's an additional $1800 one way fee when we drop it off.
Is that the best we're going to get, or are we stupid? Any suggestions from the experienced on the board? Has to be a car for a road trip- no trains or jumpers. I thought about wanted ads for college students that wanted to make $1000 bucks by surrendering their car or something, but don't want to risk the reliability or flakiness so we're left screwed at the airport.
