Rivals100 cornerback Byron Murphy from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro named a top eight tonight and, to no surprise, included Texas A&M.
The Aggies are considered the frontrunner given Murphy's friendships with Christian Kirk and Priest Willis. He's also close with another A&M recruit -- five-star WR N'Keal Harry -- and the two will be in town for the Alabama game. He has also built friendships with four-star defensive backs Lamar Jackson and Jordan Parker recently and the DB trio has talked about playing together at the next level, so that should be an interesting thing to track.
Arizona, ASU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Texas, USC and Washington are also in the running, but like we've mentioned in the past, A&M should be considered the favorite heading into the season.
