So this great conservative state that is always fighting against the federal government sticking its nose in state rights is being very hypocritical. A city is now unable to regulate where drilling is done within its city limits. I can't wait to have a fracking oil well in my neighbors yard. I wonder if the oil industry lobbied for this?
