If the Senate pushes one of these women thru before Nov2, and dems bite their tongues and do not throw a tantrum, they will have a drum to beat to lure back some of the female vote..
I think they should allow for hearings so dems will be compelled to grill the nominee about religion and abortion, thereby affording the opportunity to straddle the fence on these topics (here’s where I stand personally, but the law is well established)

Oh of course we want everyone to see it in all its glory. It won't won't matter for the libs they expect them to pummel these women But if there is any independents out there anymore or never Trumpers it will be horrifying. The Dems won't be able to help themselves they will bring in fried chicken, things they told their boy friends, class members from grade school and things they may have said as a teen.

I don't disagree with you though, but to attack a female candidate in the hearings won't look good either.If I was McConnell I would approve a 3 day hearing with questions with the stipulation that if it's gets rude like the Kavanaugh hearing did then it gets shut down. Advanced warning and I an not talking questions, but dems have a hard time today asking questions without getting rude.
