Best Cajun restaurants in Houston

I was on plane back coming back from Frankfurt and the guy next to me was coming to Houston for the week with his wife. I told him about the great Cajun food and then could only think of Pappedeaux's since I haven't lived in houston for many years. There has to be some great hole in the wall places - sam's boat was good 25 years ago but don't know if it is even in business anymore
