Chick fil a got me thinking about this....the lines are too long for me. I've ruled them out because I'm not going to sit in line on a 290 feeder. That said, they're considered the industry standard for speed. I did recently find one better.
Jimmy John's. They routinely will have my order done by the time my card is swiped. It is insane. I once waited 90 seconds. That is my longest wait for them. I like their sandwiches, too. So food quality is good and doesn't leave me with a disgusting post-fast food feeling like at McD's.
Worst service is easy. Starbuck's. Their lines suck, their products are now considered mediocre. They also never have anything on their menu. I routinely go through 4 or 5 options before I don't hear "we're out of those already." The one I frequent the most had a sign that said "no caramel for 2 weeks due to shortage." Wth?
Has anyone else experienced this? I truly don't understand how they're still going so strong. Terrible company. I've cut my visits by 90%.
For fast sitins, I like 5 guys app. It is lightning fast. Good company.
