for this ( maybe they are just a cluster of unrelated phenomena):
1. Electric garage door is opening and closing repeatedly on its own before and after a rainfall
2. Yesterday--all of the lights in a bathroom vanity on the part of the house directly above the garage blew out simultaneously--no GFI or electrical fuse blew.
3. This evening--my wife opens the refrigerator door in the garage, and the electric rear tail gate on the Toyota SUV opens by itself at the same time.
WTF....
