OK, on these bikers that have a $1M bond, what do they have to pay the bail bondsman to post bail?
I thought that it required the bondsman to put up $1M to the State, the arrested party has to come up with $100K for the bail bondsman, and then when the guy shows up in court, the bail bondsman gets only a % of the $100K.
Or, is the actual fee is $100K for the biker guy to get out?
