Anyone on here tried Bonfire Bourbon?

They have it at my local Spec’s but I haven’t seen or heard anything about it. I’d love to support Aggie owned whiskey, but I’m not a huge Texas bourbon fan, I think the heat here pulls a lot of char and oak from the barrel very quickly. Any opinions on it?
