Fostering a Great Dane. College kid had him and couldn't bring him to his post college move. 2 years old and in good health. Have been working with him on basic commands, and he's progressing. I have two smaller (comparatively) dogs that he gets along great with. Even had a 10 lb puppy I fostered that he played well with.
Really sweet dog, and I've turned down a handful of people who wanted him who just weren't suited to give him a good home. Looking for a place with some space with potential owners who have dealt with big guys before.
Up to date on all his vet stuff, fwiw.
