Dwaine Caraway is a Dallas council member who was just indicted for fraud. He’s black but appears to be screwing his black constituents. He was the swing vote that kept most of the Dallas-area Confederate statues standing. So a white columnist outed everyone who gave Caraway money and asked why. After reading the article I asked too.
