History has proven we will not spend to get a top notch coach (see Buzz). While I think that's a mistake (there IS money to be made in basketball), I've come to accept it. If our plan continues to be to hire mid-major coaches on the cheap, then we have to cycle thru them every four years or so until we get lucky (I say luck because there's not much I've seen from Hyman that suggests we can hope for anything else). Don't make the tourney and show solid improvement by year 3-4, rinse and repeat.
