We just bought a new minivan for my wife. We had full coverage on her old car that was paid off.
The new quote when we took off the old car and added this one was $250/month more.
So it went from roughly $160 to $410 per month. This is for a new Kia minivan and a 5yo Jeep Wrangler. Both cars are well under $30k new.
Surely this isn't normal.... right?
