Anyone have contacts within 24 hour fitness?
We purchased a lifetime contract several years ago ($700 ish) with a $50 annual renewal option. There was a clause at the contract that the annual renewal fee can change at any time after the 1st year however I was assured it would be a cost of inflation type adjustment on the $50 renewal charge.
Anyway that $50 annual renewal option has tripled to $150 this year. I'm having trouble contacting anyone at corporate or at the clubs that can help.
Any suggestions?
